We had a brilliant time in "The Wilds," enjoying outdoor learning.

P5 had a great trip to the Ulster Transport Museum. 

It was brilliant to see Harry Ferguson's Plane and tractors!

The best bit of course was the shop!!

We had great fun turning the motor!!

Break the rules day was thoroughly enjoyed by all, particularly the extra playtime in the sun. P5 have also made very colourful chameleons by folding and cutting paper.

WORLD BOOK DAY

We dressed up as our favourite book characters on World Book Day.  Can you spot anyone you know?

PANCAKE TUESDAY

We made and enjoyed delicious pancakes on Pancake Tuesday.

3D SHAPE

P5 created models from 3D shapes, then counted the vertices and the faces in their whole model. We had a mad proffessor's castle, a robot and a rocket that the children insisted was a castle!

ROUNDABOUT LESSON

We learned lots about the objects on our school roundabout, when Mrs McNeice talked to us about them.

OUTDOOR RECORDER LESSONS

We enjoyed our outdoor recorder lessons!

BOOK FAIR 2021

We had a great time exploring the books at the Book Fair and filling in our Wish Lists!

GLASKER MILLS

We walked to the mill to look at the different buildings and see where the water wheel was.

Our trip to the Irish Linen Centre in Lisburn

We created our own weaving in a great workshop, and enjoyed our tour of the linen centre.

SNOWY WEATHER

P5 took advantage of the snowy weather to pelt the poor cameraman with snowballs!
